# Terms and Conditions for Mha Rodman Photography & Videos

## Booking Policy

### Pre-Session Consultation

We strongly recommend clients to undergo a pre-session consultation. This helps in understanding the client's needs and tailoring our services accordingly.

### Location & Travel Fees

* The Photographer will cover travel expenses for distances up to 50 miles from our base location.
* Any additional mileage will incur a fee of $1 per mile.

### Destination Photography

For destination photography services, the Client will incur additional costs: flight fare, luggage & equipment fees, hotel reservations, and an additional 20% service fee will be added to the selected package.

### Attire Policy

Due to health and safety concerns, we no longer provide clothing for our photography sessions. Clients are expected to arrange their own attire.

## Cancellation Policy

* Canceling 120 days before the session or event day: Full Refund of Deposit
* Canceling 60 days before the session or event day: 50% Refund of Deposit
* Canceling within 60 days of the session or event day: No Refund of Deposit
* Canceling within 2 days of the session or event day: Client must pay the full invoice amount

## Changing Dates

The Photographer will make every effort to accommodate a change in date. However, if a suitable slot is not available, the change will be treated as a cancellation. A date change within 20 days of the scheduled session will incur an additional 20% fee on the original price.

## Deposits

A deposit is required to secure the date and time for your event or session. The deposit amount will be the lesser of 50% of the total invoice or $5,000.

## Use of Images and Videos

### Grant of Rights

As a consideration for a discount provided on the invoice, the Client grants the Photographer the right to use selected photos and videos for promotional, advertising, and display purposes.

### Selection of Content

The selection of such photos and videos will be at the sole discretion of the Photographer.

### Right of Removal

Clients have the right to request removal of specific images from promotional channels, subject to the following:

1. A written request specifying the images to be removed must be submitted.
2. Any granted discount will be voided and must be paid in full before the removal of images.
3. Upon payment, the Photographer will remove the specified images within 3 business days.

## Late Payment Penalties

* Payment is due by the specified due date on the invoice.
* Daily late fee of $50 will be added to the outstanding amount for each day of delay.
* An extended delay fee of $1,000 will be added if payment is delayed for more than 30 days.
* Continued failure to pay may result in legal action, with the Client liable for all additional costs.

## Deposit and Terms Agreement

By making the deposit payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions.

## Right to Amend Terms

Mha Rodman Photography & Videos reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement with the Photographer after changes to these terms indicates acceptance of the new terms.
