We offer the following options for additional retouched images: Standard Retouched Images: $5.99 per image Professional Retouched Images: $8.99 per image Advanced Retouched Images: $24.99 per image If you desire digital backdrops to enhance your photos, we provide this service at a rate of $8.99 per image. Additional services such as a makeup artist, voice recording or poser can be arranged upon request; however, please note that these services will be charged separately and are not included in this package. Live stream your private event on YouTube and share the link with your loved ones. Service available upon request starting at $499. One-day video editing available starting at $399. Please note the following: We provide complimentary travel within a 50-mile radius from our location. For distances between 50 and 75 miles, there is an additional fee of $50. For distances between 75 and 100 miles, there is an additional fee of $100. For distances exceeding 100 miles, the fee is negotiable. As a safety precaution, we no longer provide clothing for our photography sessions. We strongly encourage a pre-session consultation to understand your specific needs and ensure we can tailor our services accordingly. CANCELLATION: If you cancel 120 days before the wedding day, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel 60 days before the wedding day, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 60 days of the wedding day, there will be no refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 2 days of the wedding day, the full invoice amount must be paid by the client. DATE CHANGES: We will make every effort to accommodate your new date. However, if no available time slots are open, the change will be treated as a cancellation. Date changes made within 20 days of the event or session will incur an additional fee of 20% of the original price. DEPOSITS: The deposit amount is either 50% of the invoice or $5000, whichever is smaller. DISCLAIMER: We are not responsible for any damages or losses beyond the amount received from the client. While we take utmost care in providing our services, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances or events that may result in damages or losses exceeding the payment received. It is recommended that clients consider appropriate insurance coverage for their valuable items and event-related expenses.
